A sumptuous infusion of Japanese plum wine and floral Cherry Blossom Green, the Sakura Sour celebrates the beauty of the cherry blossoms.

Top with a luxardo maraschino cherry for a sweet finish.


Fairmont Pacific Rim Presents – Sakura Sour

Yields: 1 Cocktail

– Ingredients for Sakura Sour –

45 ml – Cognac
30 ml – Cherry Blossom Infused Sakagura Nigori Umeshu (Japanese Plum Wine) (see below)
15 ml – Fresh Lemon Juice
15 ml – Luxardo Maraschino

– Ingredients for Cherry Blossom Infused Sakagura Nigori Umeshu –

300 ml – Sakagura Nigori Umeshu
10 grams – TEALEAVES Cherry Blossom Green (Master Blend No. 7417)

– Steps for Sakura Sour –

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Serve in a coupe glass.
3. Garnish with Luxardo Maraschino cherry
4. Enjoy!

– Steps for Cherry Blossom Infused Sakagura Nigori Umeshu –

1. Infuse for 5 minutes at room temperature.
2. Strain and rebottle.
