About the collaboration

The time we are able to spend with loved ones, as well as the time we are able to dedicate to pursuing our passions.

A new tradition of afternoon tea

As our lives become progressively more frenzied, time increasingly gathers a greater sense of worth. Offering a quiet moment to focus on the present, Chado has a revered place in our journey, reminding us of the importance of art within the craft of being a tea blender. We are honored to have a long-standing friendship with the Urasenke Foundation and are guided by the four principles of the Japanese Tea Ceremony established nearly 400 years ago: harmony, respect, purity and tranquility.  With this in mind, TEALEAVES has collaborated with our luxury partners to embark on a new tradition of afternoon tea, inspired by Japanese cherry blossom festivals and the art of Chado, to spend more time in the moment with friends and family.   We hope to encourage others to take in the short-lived beauty of the cherry blossoms, taking time to admire their transient beauty and pause for a second to truly be in the moment, whether by one’s self, or with loved ones.
